Happy Picture Day!
It is for Sarah and Jeffrey, anyway -- we helped them get showered and get ready to go, amazing how fast they're growing! Amazing too, to pay for pictures twice a year, in the fall AND in the spring ... but that's ok, although we do have to figure out who we're sending the extra pictures in the package to; we still have quite a lot upstairs in storage. Anybody wants one pair, just tell me where to send them. Wink wink nudge nudge.
After bringing the kids to school today, I stopped at our Adult Learning Center where all week they are having a book sale. All the books you can fit into a plastic bag for three dollars each. It's easy to get carried away with that, as I know I have done and did and do. I'd also welcome advice on what books I should read first that I haven't read already (and some of them I have, I just have fond memories of them). And some will go right out again -- but that's in my lifetime. Books don't die.
